FAQs

What time should I pick up my child?

Pick‑up is at 2:30pm from the café. Our team will stay with the group until all children have been collected, so there’s no rush- but we do appreciate timely pick‑ups.

Do I need to stay with my child?

Enjoy a morning to yourself - our trained guides (all with Ochre Cards and First Aid) will supervise the group throughout the day. The program is designed to run independently of parents.
